Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, employment, benefits or crisis advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance. The Vet Connect is not an emergency or crisis-response service. When you send us a message or sign up for updates, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, medical records, financial account information or other highly sensitive personal information through this website. Information you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, harmful, harassing or fraudulent purpose;
• submit spam, malicious code or automated bulk submissions;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
• impersonate another person or organization.

This site may link to third-party organizations, resources or platforms, including our donation platform. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

The Vet Connect name, logo, text, photography and design on this site belong to The Vet Connect or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information will always be current or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vet Connect and its directors, officers, volunteers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website, its content or any third-party resource linked from it.

Program: The Vet Connect text messaging program.

Purpose: Resources, opportunities, events, community updates and ways to get involved, sent to people who affirmatively subscribe.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of receiving services or support from The Vet Connect.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt in only by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our contact form; providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you. Handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our text messaging program is not yet active. We are recording consent now so that subscribers can be enrolled once a messaging provider and sending number are configured. No recurring text messages are sent until then.
